As a first time home buyer, I wasn't fully aware of the amount of leg work, paper work and patience needed to buy and close on a new home. Kari was recommended to me by my insurance agent as being a “get things done agent”. I was put into a situation where I was getting transferred for work at a short notice. I contacted her right away to work on selling my house. She came and visited the house the next day and I explained my situation to her. With in a week she had me under contract with a buyer. I spend the next four weeks at my new location out of state while she took care of everything right up to closing. The day of closing all I had to do was show up sign and hand the keys off. She made things easy for the situation I was in.
